Presentation guideline for the case study developers

·         A typical case study presentation (not exceeding 10  minutes) should cover the following:

o   What was the main topic of the case study? – cover slide (Slide 1)
o   Case study overview (site, objectives etc.) (Slide 2)
o   How is the study relate to sustainable mountain development in general and Rio +20 in particular? (Slide 3)
o   What are the key issues and opportunities? (Slide 4)
§  What are the key issues noticed and to be considered (Slide 4-first half)
§  What are the key opportunities (Slide 4 –second half)

o   What are the Key findings and lessons learned? (Slide 5 & 6) – Tabular and graphic presentation is encouraged
§  Are the projects replicable (and upscalable) in other parts of the world?
o   How cost effective and environmentally sustainable is the project area?
o   Up to 4 key messages to policy-decision makers?

·         Each presentation will be followed by 10 minutes long Questions-Answers session focused on:
o   Global, regional and national relevance
o   Good practices and lessons learned/challenges and opportunities
o   Key messages/recommendations

Following to above process there will be a 40-60 minutes long plenary discussion session for additional questions to discus on common issues. For details please see the detailed agenda.
